We've been primarily a USSSA team, but we might start playing ASA. Can anyone tell me the HR limits for class B and C? I tried to find them on the ASA website but didn't see them anywhere.

New ASA HR limits in effect in 2006:

"D" - 0
"C" - 2
"B" - 4
"A" - 8

I know its early May, but now that the Major is disbanded, what does this mean for the Major and the A in the Metro? What the hell ever happened to upper level softball??

I personally think it's in response to all of the sandbagging ( I know, I'm tired of that word too). The thinking is that everyone has dropped down & the Major division teams as a whole are nowhere near the level they once were. A teams began stealing Major players, B teams raiding A teams & on down the line. The trickle down effect has caused the elimination of the best of the best division. The home run limits have dropped too. Remember when B was 8 home runs & C was 4?
