what are your thoughts on htting the middle during BP? I know that I did it yesterday and am contemplating retiring from the game.

Nice. Ever think about hitting RIF's? No need to change your swing and no one gets hurt.

I'm surprised that given Larks' slender frame and cat-like reflexes, that he wasn't able to avoid a 35mph line drive.

lol.

I'll buy the video if Neff's not in it. I'm completely anti-Neff, he's a line drive catchin' soccer sissy s.o.b!

Give my best to him.

you got it BT! I was using larks as an example to all pitchers, throw me something to hit, or get hit with a 25mph missle

Just remember that when you're pitching to me next time. It won't be personal...just business. LOL!

BT, Larks, any other Cincysoftball guy, I fully expect to get drilled if I pitch to any of you. You have to defend your team. That's why I have decided to retire from regular BP sessions and am toying with retiring all together and taking up Soccer full time. I lost 30 seconds of sleep last night worrying that Larks was hurt. I can't continue with that on my mind.

I think that maybe I was a little off on the retirement talk. I found out last night that when a pitcher throws a hitable pitch that I actually can avoid the middle and do something positive with it. I also noticed that I am a stellar catcher. I am going to go ahead and come back to softball for at least one more year.

Neff has several more DVD's in the works. Of note is the highly anticipated S.O.C.C.E.R. (Suck On Cream Covered Erect Rods).
