x2 It rained for 3 days non stop last year the week of the bash and we played.The bash will be played no matter what... they will have work crews working on the fields all night if they have to... 200 teams at 225$/275$ a team plus the friday night tourneys and homerun contest... thats way to much money to be made not to have it...

When I 1st played in it 4 years ago they did have to push it up a week due to the weather. Alot of teams didn't come back.

It will take a lot more rain to cancel the tourney on the 9th...I hit at Riverstar on Sunday and Monday and the fields were in great shape. They had not been worked on at all and they were still dry as a bone...as a matter of fact, Bill said he actually could have played last weekend if he had scheduled something sooner. Point being, if you are supposed to play on the 9th, don't count it out yet.
