Women's Bats?...

Can you use any legal ASA bat at Rumpke for women's league? My girl is playing for the first time in 4 years tonight and they don't have a bat from what she told me. I have a 26oz Easton Synergy Extended 06 edition and was wondering if they could use that. Do they make lighter women bats? I've heard of the lady virus but really nothing else...Please let me know. Thanks!!!

My GF used my extended last year at Rumpke with no problem. Not sure about a lighter weight.

The lightest I have is 26 oz. (USSSA) Helmer. You can switch to the fastpitch bats to get a lighter bat, but they do not have same pop as a slowpitch bat in my opinion.

i rarely play ASA games, but when i do, i use the thing in the middle (ASA 2004 stamp-approved)

it's a 34in/24oz and as hot as a syn2

Yes that's a fastpitch bat. They aren't horrible by any means. Maybe it's just me, but I seem to do better with my 26 oz. bat.

i use it without hesitation. i can get balls out with it, and can spray it wherever i want. very underrated...and swings dead on a 26oz anyway.

but for utrip or nsa, i have those other +'s...there's no real reason to use anything else when i have those babies.

Just a quick suggestion some of you ladies might try a Anderson Rocketech FP its Minus 9 and definetly endloaded. Have seen many 12 yr olds hit over the fence home runs in fastpitch. (200') There is a reason why it is the most popular bat for the young ladies in fast or slowpitch. It is also legal in every sanctioning body.
