I can say this.. Ky Finest won't use them unless the team we are playing are using them.. Why give yourself a disadvantage before the game starts. We purchased 1 Dozen of the Dudley advanced before this happened. I will keep them in the bag for this situation. Any other game we will be using Trump and Worth!!

I'm glad to hear that the pitcher is doing better already!! Prayers go out to you and your family for a speedy recovery.. We all know we aren't getting paid to play.. I hope he is taking care of with missing work!!

I just have a question.. How come when I mentioned this after the city slam, It was I was a cry baby and we need to just play ball.. Now that someone knownly good got hurt, its these balls need to be banned?? Just curious?

Only as an example here.
Look at NASCAR. After Dale Earhardt Sr. was killed, they made major mandatory safety improvements.

When someone of the skill level of Frankie (arguably one of the best in the Great Lakes region) it shows how dangrerous this has become.
Unfortunatley, it's way things work. Someone of prominence gets hurt. People tend to perk up and listen.

House Rules

I have spoken to Fred, and he is currently away from his office right now, but he has agreed to put the DUDLEYS away as well. This is something we should have done a while ago, due to the frequency of Home Run's we have hit for outs.

It is unfortunate that it takes an instance, such as this, for us to realize the harm that these balls have caused. Our pitcher has taken a beating himself, but nothing near the magnitude that others have.

I commend all of the manager's for stepping up, and trying to resolve a problem that has occured 1X too many in the last month.
