You know, if I were trying to run a successful business, as they claimed they were earlier in the year, the first thing I would do would be to make sure I didn't miss any phone calls of potential customers. Technology has improved over the last 20 years or so. You can get this great new service on you land line phone now called: Call Forwarding. And even better than that, they have these new, state of the art things called: CELL PHONES that you can take with you anywhere!!! So, if you have to be away from the phone that, usually, when it rings, is somebody trying to GIVE you money, you can forward the office phone to your cell phone and get that money. Is it too much to expect for someone just to answer the dang phone once in a while...at Kolping Park, I guess so!!!

Park manager doesn't care. He has a member of the Cincinnati Softball Hall of Fame (inducted as a park manager!!) at his disposal, but he refuses to ltake any advice.

so i have a question.....
there was a E world that last i heard had 7 teams (wouldnt be a full paid berth but still)
that got cancelled due to whatever reason
did they end up playing the saturday night RR after they had cancelled this??
man i thought it had been getting better up there

They did have a Saturday Night RR. The manager would rather have RR instead of a qualifier.
Maybe they can call the old manager, I saw him umpiring at Triple Creek and talked to him and he is very much interested in getting back into the business. Maybe a park is looking for a new manager or needs someone to assist them.

It would be of great advantage to Kolping if they would hire both Jerry and Kevin. They could turn it back to the way it was. Try it Kolping, with what you have now, you do not have anything to lose but a whole lot to gain.

Heck, I completely bashed them and still no response. I don't think I will ever play there again, unless in a co-ed league that is with my family. If it weren't for that, NEVER!!!
