Sometimes I cook and Im looking for low fat cooking recipes. Anyone ever use brown rice?

Oh and to help the cause... Lowfat cooking is great. Lowfat cooking recipes are pretty cool too. My mom always used lowfat cooking recipes to cook lowfat meals when I was growing up which might explain why I weigh 105 pounds more than I did when I graduated high school.
