BANGER!! Why doesn't Bock get into it? Nobody would be on the base paths? If he wears our uniform and nobody is on base.....THAT KID IS AUTOMATIC SON! If you are hitting against him in a playoff situation...have some people you know stand on the bases and act like runners...The ball won't leave the infield. You will beat him!

$15 entry fee. Prize: 2009 Synergy + and a pair 2009 Synergy II batting gloves

Whether you win by 1 run or 15 runs, its a win and you will take them however you can get them!!! I wish we could win some close games, we would have alot more victories! Just can't get over that hump sometimes. Losing 4 tournaments games in our past 2 tournaments by a combined score of 10 runs, that's frustrating...

I am waiting to get a better idea of the amount of teams in the tourney. The HR Derby will be in the evening on Saturday....I will have a definite time tomorrow night after the deadline.


Right now there are 2 C teams that have paid. I have been in contact with as many as 10 who said there were in, but only 2 have confirmed with Dave at Eggleston.

I'll get with Dave/Jim and get back with you. If it is under 15 per division, the number of bats/prizes will come down. I will still make it more than worth it. I won't take a loss on the prize cost, but not scared to break even on my side if its good for Eggleston.

That might be the problem the real cheats might be exposed. The weekend before a guy was hitting them 350' at eggleston with his own bat and this weekend 285' with a out of wrapper bat. It could be interesting to watch.

That is the reason I was wanting to come an watch this weekend, since we was not allowed to enter. Looks like I will be stuck in WI until Monday. Could someone tell me how many HR's the DD team hits this weekend..lol just kidding

I think the timing is the main reason there are fewer teams right now, price has a small factor as well (though the prize package definitely backs up the higher price for the tourney). I think if you held this either early in the season before alot of the NIT's and qualifiers, or later in the season (after worlds), it would draw more teams. Or possibly run it twice, before and after the main bulk of everyones season.
