i would like to say congrats to four local softball players that won their fights at metropolis
saturday nite tony parker, ron mitchel and scott cornwell all won title fights in their respective weight classes, keith cunigan won his fight to set himself up for a title fight.

Tony Parker's fight was GREAT!! Went all 3 rounds and both fighters beat each other senseless... I know Tom was puffed up walking around the arena!!!

Scott Cornwell is a tough dude, I saw his fight before this one at Metropolis. I think Cunigan's last fight the guy he was fighting got hurt, and couldn't continue. He's solid as well.
Ron is a handful! Who did he fight? Anybody know? He needs to get somebody who can make it out of round one..LOL!

Ron is a beast. He is the toughest guy I have ever played Softball with .... well maybe the second toughest. I saw Pineapple rip off his shirt in the Metro and get busy!!! That one armed Score keeper never had a chance.

ron's played a number of teams, blitz, town and country (ha ha), tony's played with tom's renegades and m.s. drywall, scott's played for serval electric, and keith's played with tom's renegades,and pbsi

Ronnie played several seasons with the Blitz...his last full season of competitive was with me on Total Package Express in 2004. He got into golf and played with my dad and his group nearly every weekend for about a year. He's a hell of a guy and an absolute beast. I know he boxed for a long time and was the runner-up in Fox Sports Toughest Man national competition a few years ago. I saw the final and his opponent ran from him the whole fight and eaked out a decision....worth $50,000.

Ron is playing with us this year. My wife and I flew out to Vegas to watch his fight in the toughman and he diffinetly got hosed!!! Caesars palace erupted in boo's, I thought there was going to be a riot!

nice to see that the Fairfield Wrestling alumini is doing well in the MMA. I still need to get out there and see them fight can't wait to get a chance to watch em. come on boys make it big or somethin and leave me some tickets at will call HAHA. Congrats ron kieth scott and tony
