Due to the complaining of the balls at the last NIT, we are now going with the following test policy:

BALLS: Two new Worth USSSA Elite game balls will be provided per game. Teams must provide additional balls which will be sold by Expressway Park for $36.00 per dozen or $3.50 per ball. For equal fairness and to ensure balls are of the same cor and compression all balls must be purchased at Expressway Park.

thats an awesome idea.so the first inning each team hits a new provided ball then from there we can throw a new ball in at any time???sounds g2g

Are we thinking that a lot of teams will play in this tourney because of the Major NIT the following weekend? Sort of as a tune up...Or that it will be a small field because of teams wanting rest for the Major and Metro back to back?

Any thoughts? Or what teams are planning on doing what?
